The RoleManaging your own section of the sales ledgerChasing outstanding debt via phone, email and written communicationInvestigating and resolving account queriesAllocating receipts and reconciling accountsMonitoring credit limits and managing credit hold accountsProducing statements and customer communicationsSupporting credit reviews and making recommendationsTaking card payments and maintaining accurate recordsWorking closely with internal teams including sales
What Theyre Looking ForMinimum 1 years experience in a credit control roleConfident communicator with a strong telephone mannerAble to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProactive approach to cash collection and problem solvingTeam player with a customer-focused mindset
