Job Advert – Credit Controller

Location – Surrey

Salary - £38,000 - £40,000

Hybrid Model – 3 days in the office

Start date March 2026

About the role

As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing the company’s credit and collections process to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow. You will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, chasing overdue invoices, and resolving payment queries professionally and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients while safeguarding the company’s financial interests.

The Ideal Candidate will have

-At least 2-3 years of general credit control experience

-A strong analytic mindset

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.

-Experience working in Real Estate

-Familiarity with property management software and financial systems (e.g., Qube, Yardi, SAP, Sage) is highly desirable

-Persistence and professionalism when chasing debts

-AAT or CICM qualification
