Credit Controller – Growing National Business | Long Eaton | £27,000 + BonusWe are working with a well-established, fast-growing business operating within the logistics and equipment sector, supporting customers nationwide through a network of specialist divisions. Following continued growth and recent acquisitions, the business is investing in strengthening its finance function. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Credit Controller to join their team. The Role – Credit ControllerThis is a hands-on Credit Controller position where you will take ownership of your own ledger, working closely with customers to ensure timely payment and strong cash flow management.Key responsibilities include: Managing a B2B credit control ledger Chasing overdue payments via phone and email Building strong relationships with customers to improve payment performance Resolving invoice queries and disputes Cash allocation and maintaining accurate records Supporting improvements to processes within the finance function About You To be successful as a Credit Controller, you will: Have proven experience in B2B credit control Be confident communicating with customers over the phone Be organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload Have strong attention to detail and good system skills Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment What's on Offer £27,000 starting salary £3,000 annual bonus (paid monthly) Salary progression to £30,000 after 12 months Full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) Opportunity to join a business investing in its finance team during an exciting growth phase Location Based near Long Eaton (NG10), easily commutable from Nottingham, Derby and surrounding areas.
