Your new role
We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join this finance team on a part-time basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, managing B2B ledgers, and taking ownership of the collections process from start to finish.You'll be the go-to person for all things debt management, ensuring invoices are paid on time while maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach with this firms clients.Key Responsibilities
B2B credit control: Managing your own ledger, chasing overdue invoices, and resolving queries.
Xero invoicing: Raising, allocating, and reconciling payments within Xero.
Account reconciliation and month-end support.
Building strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
Working closely with the wider finance team to improve processes and reduce aged debt.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in B2B collections.
Strong working knowledge of Xero - this is essential.
Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload.
Someone who enjoys problem-solving and building rapport with clients.
