Credit Controller

We are proud to be partnering with an industry leading organisation based in Coventry who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position offering a salary of £30,000 and a hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office and 3 days home working. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing their own ledger, VLookups and Pivot Tables and running aged debt reports. Duties will include (but are not limited to)
Collecting payment by phone and email, and taking responsibility for outbound and inbound calls Running Age Debt Reports and maintaining customer portfolio Monitoring the Collections inbox in a timely manner Raising credits and avoiding backlogs Preparing bad debt write off and actioning write offs Allocating payments and ensuring the ledgers are accurate
Experience required
Experience managing a Ledger Confident with V, XLookups and Pivot Tables Experience running aged debt reports
