Responsibilities

Monitoring outstanding debts and following up on overdue accounts to maintain a positive cash flow. Liaising with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing business. Building client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention and growth. Proactively managing overdue accounts, implementing company procedures. Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices. Processing payments and keep customer records up to date.

What we’d like you to have

Ideally Finance Background. Credit Control experience is desirable. Experience in a customer service role, preferably involving speaking with customers over the phone or in a face-to-face environment. Organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Teams). Experience working towards targets and KPIs.

Additional information This is a full-time, hybrid role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 with a 1-hour break. Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
