Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours, our client are open to shaping the role around the right candidate. The Role

Advising clients on criminal matters, funding options, and case strategy Representing clients at police stations, courts, and detention centres (day and night) Preparing legal documents, statements, and correspondence Liaising with counsel, experts, and third parties Reviewing evidence, negotiating outcomes, and managing hearings Ensuring compliance with LAA, SRA, and internal standards Supervising junior staff (if applicable)

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor or ILEX Accredited Duty Solicitor status (or willingness to qualify) Experience managing criminal defence cases Strong advocacy, client care, and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems Full UK driving licence
