Derby College Group (DCG) is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Criminology specialist to join our team at the Joseph Wright Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Applied Criminology provision, delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment that inspires students and supports their progression to the next stage of their lives.

About You

Youll be an experienced and engaging Criminology teacher with recent, specialist experience delivering WJEC Level 3. Confident in teaching all four Criminology units, you will bring up-to-date knowledge of the qualification and recent experience marking controlled assessments for Units 1 and 3. With a strong track record of student achievement, you create well-structured, motivating lessons that support students to succeed. Youll hold a degree in Criminology or a related subject, a recognised teaching qualification, and Level 2 English and Maths, alongside strong organisational and IT skills.
