About this Role

Are you a CRM Assistant, Marketing Executive, or early-career data professional looking to build real experience? This Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support role is an entry-level position, focused on developing practical CRM and marketing insight skills within a supportive team environment.

• Supporting the day-to-day management and upkeep of the Group CRM system
• Preparing and segmenting data for targeted marketing campaigns
• Maintaining accurate records to support pipeline tracking and reporting
• Analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Working closely with marketing and internal teams to support campaign delivery
