The CRM Marketing Executive will be accountable for (1) External digital marketing to drive awareness and new customer acquisition and (2) Managing the CRM and leveraging the Victor database to build and optimise campaigns that result in stronger relationships with prospects and customers and increase customer loyalty.
We're looking for someone high‑octane who enjoys working with an international team. Proactive, creative, and comfortable moving fast. This is a role for a self‑starter who sets a strong pace, takes ownership, and thrives with a high level of independence.
Responsibilities
CRM Management
Maintain and manage Victor's CRM software (Salesforce) as the single source of truth for customer data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Work with Sales, Operations, and Product to deliver CRM enhancements that drive effective campaigns
Maintain strong data hygiene across Salesforce and Braze to ensure a clean, structured, and campaign‑ready database
Stay up to date with CRM best practices and industry developments, including key Salesforce London events
Marketing Campaign Management
Analyse customer behaviour and CRM activity to identify high‑value customers and priority segments
Build audience segments and cohorts and personalise messaging for targeted marketing
Plan and run campaigns with the Senior Brand Editor, Head of Partnership, and international Sales and Customer service teams; align on response times and follow‑up so activity is integrated and commercially focused
Incorporate Sales feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign priorities
Use insights, data patterns, and creativity to propose new campaigns and commercial opportunities
Leverage AI to enhance cohort creation and campaign efficiency
Performance Reporting
Own KPI tracking (deliverability, ROI, LTV, retention, conversion), dashboards in Salesforce/Braze, and post‑campaign reviews; turn learnings into repeatable best practices
Attend weekly marketing and cross department meetings, to report on the performance of the database and PPC marketing
PPC
Manage paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn, ensuring they align with wider marketing priorities
Optimise paid campaign performance to increase bookings, grow market share, improve lead quality and reduce CAC
Customer Growth and Retention
Focus database and PPC marketing campaigns on acquiring new customers, driving increased customer engagement and rebookings
Improve opt‑in and preference management so customers receive relevant communications and remain engaged
Monitor engagement and drop‑off points in the customer journey and actively work with other department to make improvements in the journey
Requirements
Growth mindset & creativity: Demonstrable track record of devising fresh, on‑brand creative that drives measurable lift.
Lifecycle & CRM expertise: Hands‑on experience with Braze (or equivalent), Salesforce, segmentation, deliverability, and consent best practices.
Experimentation discipline: A/B testing, CRO, and rapid iteration; comfort with ambiguity and hypothesis‑led work.
Sales partnership: Proven success building MQL and SQL programmes, implementing SLAs, and jointly reviewing pipeline with Sales.
Analytical rigour: Proficient with GA4/BI, attribution, cohorting, and LTV models.
Organisation & stakeholder management: Highly organised, proactive, and able to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills and credibility with senior stakeholders.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment; a hands‑on, “make it happen” attitude.
Interest in and hands‑on use of AI tools: Curiosity about AI in marketing, with examples of using it for research, content, analysis, automation, or workflow optimisation.
Nice to have: UHNW/luxury travel familiarity; US and UAE/GCC market understanding; SEO experience.

Working Hours
Core hours are 09:00-18:00. This is a hybrid position, though during probation we ask for full in‑office attendance to support onboarding and collaboration.
