An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Systems Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering technology solutions that support marketing, recruitment, and wider business operations. This role sits within a customer-focused IT function responsible for developing and supporting modern digital platforms, integrations, and data solutions across the organisation.
You will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and integration of a marketing-focused CRM platform , ensuring it connects effectively with internal systems and third-party applications. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will design and implement scalable CRM and integration solutions while maintaining high standards of data integrity and system performance.
Alongside hands-on development, the role also includes technical leadership and team management responsibilities , overseeing team members involved in CRM implementation, integration work, and supporting applications. You will help define technical specifications, guide development solutions, and ensure best practice across CRM, integrations, and supporting technologies.
This position offers the chance to work across a diverse technology landscape including Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform, Oracle technologies, and cloud-based integration tools , while contributing to the evolution of modern enterprise systems.
Key Skills & Experience Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and support

Experience in Power Platform development including Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Apps Portals

Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and CRM forms

Knowledge of Azure technologies , including Azure Logic Apps and Azure Data Factory

Experience designing and managing system integrations, APIs, and data exchange processes

SQL and database management skills

Experience managing data integrations, migrations, and data processing workflows

Ability to develop, test, document, and support enterprise applications and integrations

Experience working with cloud and on-premise systems

Strong stakeholder engagement skills , working closely with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions

Experience leading or mentoring developers and technical staff

Additional Experience Experience managing integrations between internal business systems and third-party platforms

Ability to design scalable data structures and user interfaces

Experience supporting data accuracy, governance, and reporting requirements

Knowledge of modern development practices and enterprise system architecture
