Job Title : Curriculum Lead Location : Hybrid 3 days per week office-based in Worcester (WR1) Salary : £32-35,000 DOE Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern : Monday Friday (37.5 hours per week) Role Overview : We are recruiting for a forward-thinking Curriculum Lead to play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality learning programmes that drive real-world outcomes for learners and employers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge content across Apprenticeships, Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs), and commercial training. Curriculum Lead will collaborate closely with internal and external subject matter experts and key stakeholders across curriculum, assessment, marketing, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be innovative, learner-focused, and confident producing engaging blended content using modern digital tools and immersive technologies.
