What You'll Do

As Curriculum Manager, you will:

Provide academic and operational leadership for our 16-18 English and/or Maths provision Lead and manage a team of teaching staff, fostering high performance and continuous professional development Oversee the design, delivery, and improvement of engaging, inclusive curricula Monitor teaching quality, student progress, and support intervention strategies Work closely with the Head of Department, support teams, and senior leaders to meet departmental and college-wide goals Teach 7 to 12 hours per week, maintaining a strong connection to classroom practice
