As a Custom Fit Specialist, you will enhance customers' golfing experiences by offering expert fitting advice and exceptional service. Your role will involve:

• Delivering Exceptional Service: Guiding customers through the fitting process, understanding their needs, and providing personalised product recommendations to elevate their game.
• Driving Sales Success: Meeting sales targets, promoting link sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for every customer.
• Golf Enthusiast: Keeping up with the latest golf trends and products, sharing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Custom Fitting Expertise: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the American Golf fitting process and effectively utilising fitting technology.
• Operations & Management: Maintaining the fitting bay to ensure it is tidy, professionally presented, and fully operational.
• Commitment to Health & Safety: Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming store environment.
