Role: Customer Account Assistant Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Up to £30,250 per annum (depending on experience) Location: Hybrid - 3x days remote working, 2x days in the Lincoln officeWe're looking for a confident and proactive Customer Account Assistant to join a healthcare technology business in a commercially focused support role. You'll be joining a collaborative team, supporting a mix of sales, customer and marketing activity. There will be the opportunity to learn the business, products and customer base in depth while developing broad commercial experience in a supportive environment.This role would suit someone early in their commercial career or someone with previous customer service, sales support or account coordination experience who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams.Responsibilities: Registering, categorising and following up on new sales leads and opportunitiesSupporting the coordination of meetings with new and existing customersMaintaining regular contact with customers to support retention and growthFollowing up on actions from customer meetingsSupporting responses to relevant tendersKeeping CRM and quoting systems updated with leads, opportunities, quotes and ordersAssisting with customer and prospect events such as workshops, user groups and webinarsSupporting the creation of marketing materials including email campaigns, case studies, brochures and newslettersSkills: Enthusiastic, confident and professional approachStrong communication and customer relationship skillsHigh customer service standardsAble to work well independently and as part of a teamOrganised with strong attention to detailComfortable managing follow-up actions and keeping internal systems up to dateExperience using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce (desirable)Degree or relevant commercial/customer-facing experience (desirable)Exposure to sales support, account coordination or customer-facing administration (desirable)Benefits: You'll be joining a supportive company where personal development is actively encouraged.
