Collections Advisor Location: Hybrid (3 days in Stratford-upon-Avon) Salary: £26,000 Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, shifts between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri We're seeking a confident and customer-focused Collections Advisor to support customers with resolving outstanding utility accounts. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, agree payment plans, negotiate solutions, and ensure all account information is recorded accurately. Customer service or collections experience preferred (not essential)
