CUSTOMER ANALYST

SALARY UP TO £50,000

HYBRID - 3 days a week in office


THE COMPANY

This global telecomms business is undergoing a major data transformation and looking to bring in an Analyst to join their award-winning analytics function!


THE ROLE

  • This is a strategic, brand-focused analytics role with genuine global impact. You’ll be responsible for shaping insight-driven decisions across different business areas
  • Data sources include transactional data from stores, digital analytics, CRM signals, and historic performance datasets.
  • Day-to-day you’ll be developing dashboards at speed, telling clear data stories, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting senior stakeholders with decision-ready insight.
  • Utilising SQL and Power BI on a daily basis


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong SQL capability
  • Power BI experience
  • Broad experience across retail, loyalty, customer, or commercial analytics
  • A background where KPIs, trading performance, and customer behaviour are central
  • The ability to present, storytell, and translate data into strategic recommendations
  • A preference for practical, business-led analytics rather than heavy statistical modelling
