The Customer Care Administrator is responsible for managing the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process for the UK & Ireland Applied HVAC business. Acting as the primary post-sale point of contact, the role ensures accurate order processing, effective coordination with Carrier factories and third-party suppliers, proactive customer communication, and support throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role connects customers directly to Carrier, supports both standard and complex orders, coordinates commissioning activities, and plays a key role in customer satisfaction.
