An opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Services team as a Customer Care Inspection Manager , based in the East of England.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing client inspection works on behalf of the Customer Services team, identifying any required remedial works across developments and ensuring the ongoing quality of homes post-completion. Working closely with the Customer Services team, you will carry out fair and thorough assessments of defects reported by customers, ensuring all works are completed within agreed timescales and in line with established service level agreements.
