Customer Category Manager

Full-time (12-month fixed-term contract)

Market Drayton - Hybrid

We are seeking a strategic and driven Customer Category Manager to join our team on a 12-month basis. This role involves developing and implementing sustainable category growth plans, building strong customer partnerships to drive category and Mller performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer category growth plans to build trust-based partnerships.
• Lead the Range Review process to achieve category growth and sales ambitions.
• Implement the Category and Point of Purchase Vision, considering all store formats and online channels.
• Maintain Mller as the first point of contact for the customer base with a clear external contact strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication on category performance, NPD listing status, and insights.
• Contribute to key business processes such as SBRs, account planning, and JBP with strategic thinking.
• Represent customer and category leadership as a Brand Champion, shaping brand development.
• Support a coaching culture to enhance team relationships and skills.

Key Requirements

• Experience with the Traditional Top 4 Retailers.
• Proficiency in Market and retailer data systems.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends and insights.
• Expertise in Category Development and Insights.
• Creativity in data analysis and storytelling to unlock growth opportunities.
• Positive attitude with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
