As a Customer Consultant, you will be:

• Providing a warm, friendly welcome and assisting customers with banking transactions.
• Supporting customers over the phone and through digital channels.
• Identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Ensuring smooth branch operations in line with policies and procedures.
• Staying updated with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the branch network to deliver exceptional service.

• Outstanding customer service skills, face-to-face or over the phone.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in busy environments.
• Excellent communication and people skills with a friendly, professional manner.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
