What You’ll Do as a Customer Consultant:
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Screen CVs and match talent to client roles
Support with client and candidate management
Help build relationships with candidates and clients
Learn all aspects of recruitment with hands-on training and guidance
Grow and expand your client and candidate portfolio
What We’re Looking For
A people-focused, driven attitude
Strong communication and organisation skills
Eagerness to learn and progress in a recruitment career
Confidence in speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face
Confidence to learn to sell and develop business
Previous office and customer service experience
