We’re on the hunt for a Customer Enablement Consultant — part trainer, part onboarding expert, part presales partner — to join our EMEA team. If you love variety, thrive on building relationships, and want to help businesses succeed with modern tools, this could be your perfect role.
Your Role
You’ll be the face of Re-Leased for new customers — guiding them from initial onboarding through to confident daily use of the platform. You’ll also partner closely with our Sales team to demonstrate the value of our software to prospective clients. Every week will look different, but you’ll focus on four key areas:
Training & Education
- Deliver engaging, jargon-free training to end users and execs — virtually or in-person
- Design and adapt training content for different roles (e.g. property managers, finance teams)
- Create clear, practical guides, videos, and self-paced content that scales
- Collect feedback and evolve our learning approach
Customer Onboarding
- Run smooth onboarding projects from kick-off to handover
- Understand each customer’s business and tailor their setup for long-term success
- Troubleshoot early-stage challenges and act as a trusted advisor
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Success) to keep onboarding on track
Solution Design
- Translate customer needs into practical system configurations
- Work with our product experts to find the best-fit workflows and features
- Redefine customer processes to align with product features
- Partner with the Sales team to deliver compelling, consultative product demos
- Help prospective customers visualise how Re-Leased fits into their business
- Provide technical guidance during the sales process
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

- Organised and calm under pressure, especially when juggling multiple projects
- Naturally curious about technology and how people use it
- Energised by interacting with people — online, on-site, and across cultures
- Comfortable presenting to both technical users and C-level stakeholders
Your experience
- 2+ years in a training, onboarding, implementation, presales, or enablement role (ideally SaaS)
- Background in PropTech or commercial real estate (property ops, accounting, etc.)
- Track record of delivering both virtual and live training sessions
- Experience managing customer-facing projects
- Skilled at giving product demos and guiding customers through solutions
- Familiar with tools like Salesforce, MS Teams, and project tracking platforms
