Customer Experience Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
Location: London (hybrid working with flexibility for remote work)
What you’ll do
Oversee and manage the end-to-end customer journey
Ensure a consistently high-quality experience across all customer touchpoints
Manage customer communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism
Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement processes, strategies, and policies to enhance customer experience
Work collaboratively with internal teams to align operations and service delivery
Resolve complex customer queries effectively and efficiently
