From managing advocate relationships and coordinating customer content to running email campaigns and supporting the growth of our thought leader community, this role sits at the centre of the programme's operational delivery.This is a newly created role within a growing team, with real scope to develop as the programme scales and yourexpertisegrows.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate the production of video testimonials and written case studies, managing customer liaison, briefing, and handoff to production teamsManage day-to-day communications for the IRIS Education thought leader community, keeping members informed and engaged between formal eventsDeliver planned campaigns to customer segments across relevant channels, including budget season content, compliance guides, product tips, and peer insight communicationsSupport delivery of product-specific retention campaigns across the IRIS Education portfolioMaintain the advocate and customer database, ensuring contact records, engagement history, and content preferences areaccurateand currentTrack and report on programme engagement metrics monthly, providing clear andaccurateupdates to support senior stakeholder reportingWork cross-functionally with Content, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to align activity across the broader marketing programmeAbout youYou are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, with a genuine interest in building relationships with customers.You'llbring:Experience in a marketing, customer engagement, or customer-facing execution roleStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams and meet deadlinesGood written communication, with experience creating clear, professional content for external audiencesComfort working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAttention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and customer communicationsBonus if you have:Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or SalesforceExposure to B2B, edtech, or a sector serving schools or public institutionsWhy join us?Join a function being built from the ground up, with real scope to shape how it operatesWork in a team that is investing in customer relationships as a genuine business priorityBe part of a collaborative environment where your work has a direct and visible commercial impactApply nowIfyou'rea motivated marketing executive ready to make a real impact in education technology,we'dlove to hear from you.Pleasenote:vacancy may be closed early due to high volume of applicationsJBRP1_UKTJ
