Key Responsibilities:
Support customers throughout the entire process from start to finish
Handle all incoming queries professionally and efficiently
Communicate delays, changes, and delivery information clearly to relevant teams and customers
Manage product availability and coordinate dispatch with operations and transport teams
Process return requests and ensure accurate records
Manage administration for bookings
Update systems with delivery, return, and stock details following inspections
Respond to queries from other team working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations
