Customer Outcome Testing Lead
About the role
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our UK customer testing programme. As the lead of the Customer Outcome Testing team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the testing team, enhancing our testing strategy, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the UK business.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the Customer Journey testing programme, ensuring an effective and efficient approach to testing
- Develop and mentor the testing team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence
- Inform senior stakeholders of results via formal reports, highlighting improvement opportunities, actionable feedback, and recommendations
- Support the Customer Outcome and Insight Committee by providing key information and monitoring processes with AEs
- Enhance and refine testing methodologies, adopting best practices and innovating approaches
- Collaborate with insight providers across the UK business
What we’re looking for
- Experience in outcome testing or Quality Assurance within a regulated environment
- Proven ability to lead a testing programme and deliver results through others
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Ability to build cross-business relationships, analyze results, and share insights via reports
- Excellent organizational skills with adaptability in a changing environment
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office with a hybrid working model. You will be expected to work from the Nottingham office three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). We are open to flexible working arrangements.
