This an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, employee-owned Facilities Management business with a strong reputation in cleaning and wider support services. Part of their continued growth is focusing on long-term customer partnerships, they are seeking a dynamic self-starter to join this small team to take ownership of the performance, risk and longevity of key client relationship.
This role will play a critical part in protecting and strengthening high-value contracts, reporting into the Client Partnership Director and working closely with operational leaders to drive best practice, insight-led decision making and outstanding customer outcomes.
Key Duties
* Own the health and retention of allocated key customer accounts
* Operate above day-to-day account management to provide strategic oversight
* Identify risk across the customer portfolio and implement proactive retention plans
* Work with operational leaders to drive best practice and consistency
* Develop and oversee Account Partnership Plans for key contracts
* Analyse customer data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
