We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
