CRM Analyst / Customer Analyst

London hybrid – ideally 1–2 days a week in the office, with flexibility for the right person

£60,000–£65,000

Quick start preferred / Permanent or temp-to-perm


Great opportunity for a CRM / Customer Analyst to join a marketing agency in a role supporting a major travel account.

You should have both strong data analysis skills and communications skills for this role.


The role will involve:

  • analysing CRM and customer data to support smarter marketing decisions for a key client
  • working on audience selections, campaign results and customer insight
  • identifying trends in behaviour and helping shape recommendations around targeting, performance and growth
  • turning data into clear, practical insight for non-technical stakeholders
  • supporting reporting and wider decision-making across CRM activity


They’re looking for someone with:

  • experience in CRM, customer or marketing analytics
  • strong SQL skills
  • confidence working with large datasets
  • a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail
  • the ability to communicate findings clearly and confidently
  • experience with reporting or dashboard tools
  • Python would be of interest, but it’s not essential
