About the Role

As a CRM Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to deliver exceptional client service and drive business development across the firm. This is a highly collaborative position where you’ll work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and fee-earning teams to ensure client information, communications, and engagement activities are managed effectively and aligned with our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support CRMs in managing key client accounts, preparing account plans, contact reports, and coordinating meetings with agendas and action tracking.
  • Assist with business development activities, including client campaigns, cross-selling initiatives, and maintaining records of proposals and opportunities.
  • Coordinate client communications and events such as seminars, webinars, newsletters, and alerts, ensuring accurate invitation management and post-event reporting.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information, and generate reports to support strategic planning.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a professional services, legal, or client-focused environment.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., InterAction, Peppermint, or similar).
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle client information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A collaborative, client-focused approach with a commitment to excellence.
