You’ll work on a variety of projects, from literature reviews and data analysis to study design and external engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for applied behavioural science, a keen analytical mind, and a desire to contribute to Honda’s mission: to be a company that society wants to exist.

- Engage with external partners through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Collaborate with other R&D teams
What they are looking for:
- Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience applying behavioural science in a commercial or applied setting.
- Proficiency in research tools and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).

- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
- Able to design and evaluate small-scale behavioural research studies.
Desirable:
- Links to industry or academic networks.
- Skills in data visualisation and communicating insights visually.
- Knowledge across psychology, sociology, economics, or decision science.
Why Join Honda?
- Flexible working hours (minimum 37 hours/week)
