Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, personable, and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our Bolton-based team. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. In this role, the majority of your time will be spent making outbound calls to our valued customers, focusing on building strong, lasting relationships. Whilst there will some reactive support, this is primarily a proactive, customer engagement position. Key Responsibilities Undertake proactive outbound calls to build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers. Retain and grow customer accounts by understanding their needs and offering tailored advice and support.
