Full-Time Customer Service Administrator (Immediate start)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Norwich, fully office based

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email Processing orders and maintaining accurate records Supporting the admin team with general office tasks Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience

Requirements:

Strong communication and organisational skills Good attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable
