Are you a confident communicator with a flair for problem-solving? We’re looking for a proactive Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s busy team, supporting customers with their enquiries and ensuring swift solutions.
The Role:
• Handling inbound enquiries from clients in a professional and efficient manner
• Logging details accurately and keeping clients updated on progress
• Monitoring and following up to ensure issues are resolved promptly
• Providing excellent service and maintaining a positive customer experience
About You:
• Previous customer service or administration experience
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively
• Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Flexible, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
