Our client is a specialist within their division and currently seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their busy office team. Candidates will need to be computer literate and will have a natural flair for customer service,
Main duties will include ? Supporting their customer service team and ensuring that a excellent experience across all interactions ? You will be responsible for passing enquiries on to the relevant departments within the team. ? Manage and logging complaints and help direct potential sales leads to the right team. ? Interacting with customers via a multitude of methods and ensuring all documentations is stored correctly and accurately. ? Reaching out to customers for feedback and promote reviews on various channels Candidate attributes ? Excellent customer service skills ? Good communication skills both written and verbal ? IT Literate skills ? Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
