We are seeking to recruit a Technical Customer Service Advisor for a well-known supplier of high-quality machinery. The main objective of the role is to work alongside customer service, technical and the service departments. You will actively assist customers and colleagues in finding repair solutions should there be any warranty Issues.
Along with Monday – Friday day working hours and a salary of £32,000 the other benefits for the Technical Customer Service Advisor role include:

Along with a high level of engineering, technical and customer service skill, experience dealing with customer escalations face to face or over the phone is beneficial. Some duties for the Technical Customer Service Advisor may involve:
* Providing effective engineering and technical support to distributors & end users
* Process warranty returns
* Investigate and diagnose machines with problems and attempt to resolve where possible over the phone/ email / WhatsApp Video Calls etc.
* Championing the companies set returns policies and guidelines
* Progress and chase customer escalations to satisfactory resolution
The role of Technical Customer Service Advisor is commutable from Loughborough, Leicester, Derby and Melton Mowbray.
