Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Purpose: To liaise with customers across all aspects of the business, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality is maintained at all times

Main Responsibilities: Receive and accurately record internal and external enquiries. Ensure all queries and issues are responded to promptly, thoroughly investigated, and effectively resolved. Liaise with customers regarding return requests, making informed decisions about timescales, value, suitability, and potential reallocation. Manage and process customer requests for direct issues, special picks, and emergencies, coordinating with all relevant departments. Investigate and resolve issues related to missing orders.
