Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

0-1 years of customer service experience. Primary skill: Customer Care - P3 (intermediate proficiency). Backoffice customer care experience desirable. Fluent in English (C2) and Welsh. Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
