£12.21 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £18.31 per hour for 1-in-4 Saturdays
40h per week. £488.40 per week (No Sat) £543.33 (Weeks inc. Sat)
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and detail-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office-based work and face-to-face customer interaction in a showroom environment.
? What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal team, including:
Answering and handling incoming sales calls
Serving customers in our showroom
Providing quotations and product information
Chasing order progress and updating customers
Taking payments securely and accurately
Inputting orders into our system
Managing your own inbox and general office emails
Carrying out general administrative and office duties as required
Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 (30 min lunch)
Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 (30 min lunch)
Saturdays: 08:15 – 11:45 on a rota basis (approx. 1 in 4)
Paid at time and a half (£18.31 per hour)
We currently offer the minimum starting rate , which will be reviewed for the right person.
What We're Looking For Strong communication skills with excellent grammar and professional email etiquette
Confident dealing with customers both in person and over the phone
Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
Proficient in Word and Excel (bonus but not essential)
A positive attitude and willingness to support wider office tasks when needed
