The job: Customer Service Advisor
Pay: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Shifts: 08:15 – 4:00pm Monday – Thursday 8:15am – 4:00pm Friday
Duration: Permanent position
Immediate start

Your day to day will include:

Handling telephone enquires
Processing orders
Preparing and issues quotations
Entering customer orders onto the system
Dealing with over the counter sales
Sending and responding to emails
Checking customer orders for pricing and delivery details

Do you have:

Experience working within a customer service based role
The ability to use a range of Microsoft packages
