Our client is a highly successful pharmaceutical company. Due to expansion, they have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The Role Answering office calls and dealing with any queries received by phone or by email Raising/forwarding orders Rationing of product as advised by Sales Team Obtaining booking slots from customers to ensure invoicing can go ahead within current month. Raise invoices where required on customer portals. Ensure Customer creation is completed in a timely manner. The Candidate Customer Service experience Proficient in Microsoft packages Excellent telephone manner SAP experience In Return? Competitive salary, 25 days AL + BH, pension.
