What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers seeking debt advice or support
- Guiding clients through their options with care, empathy, and professionalism
- Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting the wider team in progressing cases efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and fully informed throughout the process
- Different Shift Patterns are available

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Compassionate, patient, and an excellent communicator
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems and working in a fast-paced environment
The Package
- £26,500 salary plus Bonus based on you following the correct process - Year One OTE is £29,500
