Customer Service Advisor

Our client, a reputable company in the technology and telecommunications sector, is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their mobile telecommunications team in Lee on the Solent.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and ticket systems
- Assist customers with mobile plans, billing queries, upgrades, device troubleshooting, and account management
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Clearly explain mobile products, tariffs, data usage, roaming, and network services
- Identify opportunities to retain customers and promote relevant products or services where appropriate
- Accurately update customer records and document interactions using internal systems
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data protection guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and escalate complex issues when required
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or retail (telecoms experience is preferable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Confident using computer systems and learning new software quickly
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm, professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
