You'll play a vital role in guiding customers through their queries, supporting digital inclusion, and connecting them with the services they need.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nProvide holistic advice and information on council services.\nSupport customers in accessing online services and self-serve options.\nTriage and refer customers to specialist teams or local support organisations.\nPromote digital confidence by helping residents use public PCs or personal devices.\nMaintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement.What We're Looking For\n\nWe're seeking someone who is:\n\nEmpathetic and a great communicator - able to listen and understand customer needs.\nDigitally confident - able to guide others in using online services.\nCollaborative - works well with internal teams and external partners.\nResilient and professional - especially when dealing with challenging situations.Essential Skills & Experience\n\nFluent in English with strong literacy and numeracy.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.\nExperience in a customer-focused environment.\nKnowledge of council services and local community organisations.\nAbility to work independently and flexibly across locations.
