Our client, is seeking a cheerful and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in Liverpool.\n\nPosition: Customer Service Advisor\nContract Type: Temporary (30 hours per week)\nLocation:L3\nHours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM\nDuration: Starting next week, ongoing with the potential to go permanent\nPay: £12.21 per hour\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our student accommodation team, making a difference in the lives of students and their families. Here's what you can expect from this role:\n\nBe the Voice: Answer student queries via telephone, email, or in person, ensuring every question is handled with care.\nEngagement: Interact with students, parents, universities, and contractors, directing inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.\nFront-of-House Duties: Manage reception tasks and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.\norganise & Distribute: Handle post, manage the student parcel pick-up system, and prepare arrival packs for new residents.\nCommunication: Assist with written correspondence for the management team and keep notice boards updated with relevant information.\nFinancial Processing: Receive and log student payments, ensuring accuracy in the booking system.\nRoom Viewings: Conduct viewings for potential new residents, showcasing the best of our accommodation.\nSocial Events: organise engaging social events on-site, monitor social media, and keep our online presence vibrant and active.\nInspections & Reviews: Perform regular inspections of resident's flats and encourage feedback on social events, team performance, and building quality.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nWe're looking for someone who is confident with computer systems, including Microsoft, Google, and social media applications. You should have a flair for creativity, especially when it comes to planning social events and engaging with students on Instagram.
