About the Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound calls. Your calm and empathetic approach will help guide customers through their inquiries, ensuring they receive the support they need during critical moments.

Working Pattern:

Full-time position with a 6-week rolling rota. Shifts will be between 8 AM - 8 PM Monday to Friday, and 9 AM - 5:30 PM on weekends (1 Saturday and 1 Sunday every 6 weeks). Remote role - Hub access when needed." Hubs are located in Kirkby, Glasgow and Gateshead Key Responsibilities:
