The Company: Very well-established European designing and manufacturing company

Main duties: To work closely with the sales operation team and offering excellent customer service to clients

The role: - Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person to provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Process quotes and customer orders and update records - Prepare simple weekly reports for customers and the sales team - Maintain and update the CRM system - Provide general administrative support to the office and multi skill when required

The candidate: - Customer focused with great admin/account management skills - Experience in the defence/security or high-tech industries – Ideal - Strong communicator and telephone manner - Outgoing, confident and motivated candidate - IT literate

Salary: £30,000
