Based Lasswade, Edinburgh, EH18- fully office based Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 month FTC £12.21 per hour 36.25 hours per week | Includes every 2nd Saturday with a day off during the week

What You’ll Be Doing:
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Delivering best-in-class service through warm, effective, and efficient interactions Thinking on your feet to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery Meeting and exceeding internal service level KPIs Collaborating with team members and supporting store teams as needed
Systems & Skills:
Confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and maintaining accurate customer records
