We are now looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. The Role You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – by phone, email, online, or in person. Your role will focus on handling policy queries, mid-term adjustments and claims support while ensuring all processes follow FCA guidelines and our internal standards. This is a varied and people-focused role where clear communication and great service are key.
